Richard joined bloc in 2008 from mixed use development company Dandara having also formally worked for Westbury Homes in their special projects team. He has over 25 years of experience working in the private sector development industry and with public sector partners. Richard has delivered a number of successful bloc projects in all market sectors including Build to Rent schemes for Grainger and Lloyds Living, an industrial scheme for Ropemaker and a purpose-built student housing project for Legal and General. He has particular expertise in setting up pre let and funded contract arrangements.

Richard is CEO of H2O, has a degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Richard works out of the Manchester and London offices

Scott trained as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked in the Construction Industry for 27 years.

Joe has an extensive track record in both Development and Project management and is based near Birmingham with a focus on projects in the Midlands, London and the West.

Joe’s previous role was as a Construction Director leading the pre-planning and pre development processes and then onto site for a variety of prestige schemes including Birmingham’s first skyscraper funded by PIC. The requirements of Health and Safety Legislation, and safe working practices on site is a core focus for Joe alongside building positive working relationships to facilitate efficient and effective project delivery. Joe has worked nationally and internationally for developers, consultancies and contractors including Mace, Rider Levett Bucknall, Court Collaboration and also trained as a project manager with Network Rail delivering rail related projects.

Adam has worked in both Agency and for Property Developers and Investors including the Delph Property Group and Court Collaboration. He has expertise and experience throughout the development process with particular emphasis on the assessment and delivery of challenging schemes through inception, viability assessment and to planning approval and beyond including management of planning conditions sign off.  Adam is based near the New Forest and focusses on projects in London and the South of England.

As well as managing individual projects Adam uses his technology skills and aptitude to work across bloc’s portfolio of projects standardising financial analysis and consolidating and benchmarking national data for review by the wider management Team.

Iryna joined bloc group in 2017, bringing over 15 years of bookkeeping experience in the property and construction sectors with Chard Estate Agents, Cameron Black Ltd and Volute London Ltd.

David has overall responsibility for managing Buccleuch Property and implementing its business plan via its extensive investment and development portfolio and through a growing network of joint venture partnerships. A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience, David trained in London with Drivers Jonas and Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments before moving north to become development director for Kilmartin Property Group. He joined Buccleuch Property in 2003 to grow and diversify the business. He is also a non-executive director of Native Land, a Trustee of the charity Projekt 42 and a former chair of the Scottish Property Federation.

Sandy is responsible for the strategy and implementation of the Group’s commercial property development activities. He has a proven track record of working in joint ventures and creating strong relationships with public and private sector organisations. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, he has over 25 years’ experience within the sector. He was Managing Director of Sheffield City Airport and Business Park as well as a director at the Kilmartin Property Group before joining Buccleuch Property in 2005.
